Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, refunds, and instalment payments work for QYVORA bootcamps, courses, and professional services.
Bootcamp tuition and instalments
QOSE is a three-month programme with a total tuition of GH₵800, paid in three instalments. The first instalment is GH₵300 and confirms your place; the remaining instalments are set out on the QOSE programme page.
Cancelling before the programme starts
If you cancel before the cohort start date, contact us. We will refund tuition for content that has not started, less non-recoverable payment-processing costs, unless the law requires a different outcome.
Cancelling after the programme starts
The instalment for a stage that has started is non-refundable. Future instalments that are not yet due can be cancelled, and paid-ahead months that have not started can be refunded.
Courses and professional services
Self-paced digital courses are generally non-refundable once started. Professional engagements follow the cancellation and payment terms in the applicable statement of work.
How to request a refund
Email the operations desk with the subject "Refund request", including your name, programme or service, registration email, payment reference, and reason. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and decide within 10 business days once we have the information we need.
